i watched this last night and thought id share... there's some really interesting info about cost/requirements/truck upkeep/ect of Robby Gordon's Stadium Truck series.... worth the watch... 10 races for $250,000 total cost. youtu.be/mnQWno6gO2Uwish they made a mod like this for AC, but the suspension dynamics in AC dont support the SHOCK travel needed for landing jumps realistically.

That's actually not that expensive for that level of racing. If you race a TCR car at that level, let's say a big National series it would cost you at least the same. Now personally I would go with the Touring Car, but I do see the fun of those stadium trucks.

$250,000 for 10 races, no storage or maintenance of vehicle, no shop necessary, all you do is show up for the race and drive... no matter how many trucks you wreck its $250,000... i really like the idea of how if a driver complains his truck isnt as fast as someone elses, they pull the body panels off switch trucks and go back at it...

I once heard Robby races normal stuff so he can earn money to race off road stuff. that was awhile back... he runs the stadium super truck series in 4 different countries now... he owns 36 trucks all ready to race, any time/anywhere... most races have around 10 trucks or more (10 x 250,000) = $2.5 mil, per season, per country and all Robbly provides are the trucks, the rest of the details are handled seperately, cameras, tv contracts, sanctioning events, tracks, ect are out of his hands, so im sure he has $$$$$ at this point...
